The 2 level lounge was created and is operated by Chow Down Management Inc. Chow Down has changed the flavor of Hell's Kitchen with such successful businesses as Vynl (51st/9th), Hell's Kitchen (47th/9th), El Centro (54th/9th) and Barrage (47th/9th).
Located in a former carriage house, warehouse and whorehouse, the conversion was executed using natural materials, opening the space while retaining a warm
and therapeutic feel.
The space was designed by architect James Bartholomew
in collaboration with Tom Johnson.
